Legal & Acceptable Use

rythia.xyz tools (Image Host, File Share) are provided for lawful personal use only. You must not upload, share or link to content that:

• is illegal in any jurisdiction, including CSAM or terrorist content;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights;
• contains malware, viruses, phishing or other malicious code;
• harasses, threatens or violates the privacy of any person;
• attempts to circumvent rate limits, expiry or security controls.

Uploaded files are stored temporarily and deleted automatically at expiry (1, 7 or 30 days). We reserve the right to disable or delete any file at any time, without notice, including in response to valid abuse reports or legal requests. Known malicious files are blocked permanently by cryptographic hash.

Every shared image and file page includes a Report button. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team. For copyright (DMCA) or legal requests, contact us through the official rythia.xyz Discord server with the full URL of the content and proof of ownership.

Uploads are anonymous. We store a salted cryptographic hash of the uploader's IP address — never the raw address — solely for abuse prevention and rate limiting. Download counts and file metadata are kept until the file expires.

The tools are provided "as is", without any warranty. Do not use them as your only copy of important data.
